FIDA Feedback Sessions/Town Hall Meetings

GuildNet invites GuildNet Gold Plus FIDA Plan participants to participate in Town Hall/Feedback sessions. Two feedback sessions are held in each county (in the FIDA counties of NYC County). GuildNet ensures that GuildNet Gold Plus FIDA participants have access to the FIDA Town Hall/Feedback Sessions, either in-person or remotely. GuildNet assists Participants with transportation, reasonable accommodations to meet Participants’ needs, translation services and other support to help attend the in-person meetings and light refreshments are provided. In addition, at least one of the meetings is a telephonic conference call targeting family caregivers, in addition to participants. Summaries of the Town Hall/Feedback sessions are available on the GuildNet website. Participants are invited to raise problems and concerns at the Town Hall meetings and provide positive feedback. GuildNet staff provide updates and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), as well as other vital information at Town Hall meetings to inform participants.

FIDA participants interested in attending may call Participant Services at 800-815-0000 (TTY users call 711).
